
What are some good exercise routines for a women in her 20’s?
I don’t want to loose weight just tone up. I am looking for a few good exercise I can do in 30 mins or so. Thank you.
my view and some great trainers view on women traiing are -cardio + some basic weight training
Do your cardio every alternate days for 30 mins(anything like walking, jogging, swimming, cross trainer etc)
and on the non cardio days try to hit all muscle group with 2 sets of basic weight training – to stabilize and improve your shape
Concentrate on your butt, thighs, abs and chest as priority.
a sample routine
squats – 2 sets
(butt) glute kicks -2 sets
dumbbell flys 2 sets
lat pull down – 2 sets
lateral raises -2 sets
triceps dumbbell extension – 2 sets
biceps curl – 2 sets
ab crunches -2 sets
oblique crunches 2 sets
