home weights workout

Can anyone give me a great bodybuilding workout routine that i can do at home with free-weights? Thanks?
Work your muscles to exhaustion. Go as heavy as you can for as long as you can. Do stuff like this…
-bicep curls into hammer curls (do as many bicep curls then quickly switch to hammer curls till you can’t do any more)
-tricep dips on a yoga ball
-dumbell press (bench press with dumbells as much as u can)
-shoulder press
-lateral raises (hands at sides)
-front raises (not correct term but holding dumbells in front of you bringing up to shoulder height and back down
-push ups on yoga ball
-lunges with weights
-squats with weights
-dead lifts
-calve raises with weights
-crunches, situps, or any other ab work out
Hope that gives you some ideas….just remember to work your muscles to exhaustion but also give them a day to rest…you don’t want to end up with an injury….good luck! (oh and if you don’t have a yoga ball substitute with a coffee table or something that height.)
