What would happen to me if i get in a fight at school?

There’s a kid who keeps throwing my stuff around, cussing me out, hitting me, just every mean thing you could think of(even making fun of my dead dog, which is really low). But today he told me that he is going to fight me tomorrow, which sucks, cause im 5 6, and weigh close to 185. And can bench 205(most likely more but i haven’t tried). But i don’t get angry, i’ve been being picked on for, well since around 5th grade cause of my weight and such (though im becoming solid muscle), but never have i fought back or anything, i usually take it or verbally insult them (which never helps). But i know how to fight, and i could take this guy, but what would the consequences be? I really really dislike fighting, and i almost feel bad for this guy, but he really wants to fight… So, what can happen to me? (First fight that i’ll be getting in)

Not only can you be arrested, but you can be suspended/expelled from school.

He may seem tough now, but these people usually find a way to make themselves out to be the victim after you get caught.
