How often should a 14y/o girl work out a week?

I try to every day,
but I&#8217;m not sure if that would put stress on my body or not.
I jog for 15 minutes (1 mile) on the treadmill,
do 50 crunches, lift 8lb weights (50 per arm),
50 leg roll things (per leg), 50 leg lifts.
