
How often should a 14y/o girl work out a week?
I try to every day,
but I’m not sure if that would put stress on my body or not.
I jog for 15 minutes (1 mile) on the treadmill,
do 50 crunches, lift 8lb weights (50 per arm),
50 leg roll things (per leg), 50 leg lifts.
I drink like at least 3 glasses of water when I do all that^^
And, anyways, how often should someone my age work out?

At that level you are not “at lest in my opinion” in danger of over stress. What may be a problem is uneven muscle development.
It’s not how often that causes problems it’s how much/hours per day, how hard/intensity and with lots of weights that will cause problems. Triple what you are doing and then you are entering the danger zone.
